Our 20,000 square foot building included a state of the art system including separate units for the computer room as well as intricate zoning capabilities. We just want to say "Thank You" to you and your associates for another job well done. Your work at the new "930 Building", at Interstate Ridge business Park, came in on time and within projected budget - again. This work included not only installing the natural gas lines, etc., for the entire building shell (33,600 sf) but also the HVAC finish work for Dan's Prize (5000 sf); our new office space (2428ssf) and three speculative offices (7254 sf). Mike Herrington, Scott Harrison, shane McElreath and others did an outstanding job.

In addition, we want to thank you for the continued excellent response we get from your Service Department. Martha, when you headed the service Department, we could always count on you and your fellow Service Department associates to look after our interests and treat us in a professional and courteous manner. Calvin Lambert and Kevin Small have continued this philosophy.

Now that we are complete with the Operations Center I wanted to tel you what a pleasure it was to work with your firm on this project. As with all construction projects the operations Center had its specific challenges and hurdles. The team that Gainesville Mechanical provided both in the field and in the office support was all professional, conscientious and accommodating. The effort and planning that was employed to install the airhandler in the attic was just one example of Gainesville Mechanical's can be attitude.
