| :: Project Manager
Responsible for the operational aspects of commercial jobs, including material takeoffs, ordering supplies, and scheduling workforces. Attends meetings to coordinate project schedules. Schedules equipment deliveries, crane and lifting equipment rentals, and all tools necessary for job sites. Responsible for addressing employee and safety issues. Requires a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Project managers typically have at least five years of experience in a leadership role.

Plans and coordinates activities concerned with installing equipment, investigating and resolving customer reports of technical problems with equipment and eliminating future operational or service difficulties by performing the appropriate duties. Must be able to read and interpret instructions and procedure manuals, write routine reports and correspondence, and apply advanced mathematical computations. May directly supervise one to two helpers. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Requires EPA Certifications and PURON Certification, NATE Certification a plus. Requires a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Requires frequent lifting of heavy objects. Technicians typically have at least 5 years of experience.

Assists Service Technician in installing equipment, investigating and resolving customer reports of technical problems with equipment and eliminating future operational or service difficulties by performing the appropriate duties. Must be able to read and interpret instructions and procedure manuals, write routine reports and correspondence, and apply basic mathematical computations. Requires frequent lifting of heavy objects. Technician helpers typically have at least two years of experience in the field.

:: Pipe Fitter Foreman
Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems, pipe supports, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial production and processing systems. Supervises a crew of one to six helpers. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Must be able to read blueprints and instructions, write, and perform basic math computations effectively. Requires frequent lifting of heavy objects. Requires a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Foremen typically have at least 3 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Requires a valid driver’s license and good driving record. Foremen typically have at least 3 years of experience in the field.
